UX writing is extremely nuanced. The user journey must be understood and there must be consistency in content and design in order to ensure a good user experience throughout the site. I have worked with UX designers, developers, product owners, project managers, business analysts, and researchers. Wireframes, journey maps, empathy maps, personas, and user flows are music to my ears.
